New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing (Emerging Stylist) (Level 4)
YEAR 2 STUDIES
The Year 2 course will enable students to take their education and training to the highest level. Graduates from our Salon Support and Emerging Stylist (Level 4) course are highly sought after by the international hairdressing and fashion industry.
This course covers:
— Advanced cutting techniques
— Razor and clipper cutting
— Advanced colouring techniques
— Creative cutting and colouring
— Long hair and avant garde styling
— International function shows & school competitions participation
— Make-up and photography
— Building and maintaining a clientele
— Salon based studies (Need to complete relevant unit standards)
— Professional development and motivation

Completion of the Servilles Salon Support and Emerging Stylist (Level 4) Year 1 studies
Pass Servilles internal English language test or Achieve IELTS 5.5
All applicants aged 18 or over will be considered.
Study hours are Tuesday to Friday from 8.45am until 4.15pm. Monday is a self-directed study day used for projects and assignments.
International student fee
Student fees will be held in trust in compliance with Section 236A of the Education Act 1989 as amended by the Education Act (No 4) 1991.
