Gateway Course
Our Gateway programme supports students with industry based learning and provides them with the relevant knowledge and skills needed in the salon workplace.
How long is the course?
Students attend 4 days delivery at the academy before commencing a 10 day supervised work placement, collecting evidence ready for completion of unit standards.
What can I study after course completion?
New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing Salon Support Level 3
New Zealand Certificate in Commercial Barbering Level 4
New Zealand Certificate in Makeup and Skincare Level 3
New Zealand Certificate in Makeup Artistry Level 4
